We only retain collected information for as long as necessary to provide you with your requested service. What we store, we will protect within commercially acceptable means to prevent loss and theft, as well as unauthorised access, disclosure, copying, use or modification.
We do not share any personally identifying information publicly or with third parties, except when required to provide a service (for example payment processing and shipping), or when required by law.
Our website may link to external sites that are not operated by us. Please be aware that we have no control over the content and practices of these sites, and cannot accept responsibility or liability for their respective privacy policies.
You are free to refuse our request for your personal information, with the understanding that we may be unable to provide you with some of your desired services.
MEMO App (Local-First, No Login)
The MEMO App is designed to work in a privacy-first, local-first way. The App does not require an account or login.
By default, the App stores your content locally on your device (for example scans, images, tags, notes, and settings). We do not automatically upload your scans or images to our servers. You can delete your App data at any time within the App or by uninstalling the App.
In normal use, we do not collect your name, email address, phone number, advertising identifiers, or data used for targeted advertising, and we do not profile you for marketing.
If you choose to contact us for support or send feedback, we will receive the information you provide (such as your email address and message content, and any attachments you choose to include). We use this information only to respond and improve support, and not for advertising.
The App may include links that open external websites (for example our web shop). When you leave the App and use our website, the website privacy practices on this page apply.
We will update this policy from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by an updated effective date.
