Shipping policy

Our products are designed by us in The Netherlands and produced and fulfilled from our Shenzhen (PRC) warehouse. If you order internationally, we will ship this order from The Netherlands, or our Shenzhen warehouse, taking 8-10 working days worldwide.

Some items are produced on-demand. This means that there is a lead time of 2 working days before items are shipped out. In practice this means that – in The Netherlands, most of Europe and US/Canada – items are typically delivered within 10 working days after ordering.

Exception (!) items with the “pre-order” designation will have a lead-time specified on the pre-order page.

Please note: occasional transit or customs delays may occur and are beyond our control.

Customers in the European Union have the right to a 14 day ‘Reflection period’, in which you are free to try the product and evaluate it. New Things Lab strongly believes in the quality of its products. Within The Netherlands, we will pay for the return shipment when you are not satisfied with the product during this period. Outside the Netherlands, return shipping costs are paid by the customer (unless the item is defective or incorrect). Should this be the case – please request the return instructions.

Internationally (US, Canada, UK), we also offer the option to return any purchase for any reason within 14 days. We do however ask you to pay for the shipping back to The Netherlands. After receipt we will reserve 5 days for inspection of goods, after which we will process your refund. If you'd like to return your item  – please request the return instructions.
