Pre-order? Orders ship in the order they were placed. Your expected ship date is in your order confirmation email.
Where from? We design everything in The Netherlands. Your order ships from our warehouse in The Netherlands or our fulfilment partner in Shenzhen, whichever gets it to you best.
Tracking. The moment your parcel leaves, you get an email with a tracking link.
