How quick is your shipping?
We're quick but careful – it takes us 1-2 working days to prepare your order in our international fulfillment center or here in the Netherlands. Then, give it 8-10 days to reach you in the United States, Europe or Asia. Other destinations could take longer - there’s an estimate on the product page. If it's a "pre-order," the waiting time's on the product page. Patience is a virtue, right?
Can I return something if I'm not sure about it?
Absolutely, no hard feelings! After receiving our products, you've got 14 days to think it over. If you're in the Netherlands and decide it's not for you, we'll handle the return costs. Just let us know, and we’ll guide you through the process.
