Refund policy

In the EU, US & Canada and UK we offer the option to return any purchase for any reason within 14 days. New Things Lab strongly believes in the quality of its products. Within The Netherlands, we will pay for the return shipment when you are not satisfied with the product during this period. Outside of the Netherlands we ask our customers to cover the return shipment. Should this be the case – please request a return.
