Can I actually search my handwritten notes?

Yes. When you tap to scan a MEMO board into the free app (iOS and Android), on-device OCR reads your handwriting and makes it searchable text. You can tag and organize scans and search across all of them by keyword — the findability you'd get from a typed note, on something you wrote by hand. It stays private on your device, and it's entirely optional: most people use MEMO on paper and reach for the app only when a note's worth keeping.

How many cards does it hold?

MEMO holds up to 6 cards comfortably. The card slots feature RFID-blocking material to protect your contactless credit and debit cards from unauthorized scanning.

What if I lose the pen?

The pen attaches magnetically to MEMO, so it stays in place during everyday use. If you do need a replacement, you can order extra pens from our store. The pen is a standard 0.8mm whiteboard marker designed specifically for MEMO's surface.

How fast is shipping?

We prepare your order in 1-2 working days. Delivery takes 8-10 days to the US, Europe, and Asia. Other destinations may take a bit longer. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Can I return it if I'm not satisfied?

Absolutely! You have 14 days after receiving your MEMO to decide. If it's not for you, we'll guide you through a hassle-free return process. No hard feelings.
