Where do my scanned notes go — is anything uploaded?

Nothing is uploaded. When you scan a MEMO board, the image and the on-device OCR stay on your phone — there's no account to create, no cloud sync, and no data sent anywhere. Your notes are yours, full stop. The app is also entirely optional: most people use MEMO on paper and never open it. It's a capture tool designed to keep what you write private, on your device.

How many cards does it hold?

MEMO holds up to 6 cards comfortably. The card slots feature RFID-blocking material to protect your contactless credit and debit cards from unauthorized scanning.

What if I lose the pen?

The pen attaches magnetically to MEMO, so it stays in place during everyday use. If you do need a replacement, you can order extra pens from our store. The pen is a standard 0.8mm whiteboard marker designed specifically for MEMO's surface.

How fast is shipping?

We prepare your order in 1-2 working days. Delivery takes 8-10 days to the US, Europe, and Asia. Other destinations may take a bit longer. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Can I return it if I'm not satisfied?

Absolutely! You have 14 days after receiving your MEMO to decide. If it's not for you, we'll guide you through a hassle-free return process. No hard feelings.
