How does the whiteboard work?

MEMO features a 6-inch whiteboard surface inside. Use the included ultra-thin magnetic pen to write, and the built-in eraser on the pen cap to wipe clean. It works just like a regular whiteboard — write, erase, repeat endlessly.

How many cards does it hold?

MEMO holds up to 6 cards comfortably. The card slots feature RFID-blocking material to protect your contactless credit and debit cards from unauthorized scanning.

What if I lose the pen?

The pen attaches magnetically to MEMO, so it stays in place during everyday use. If you do need a replacement, you can order extra pens from our store. The pen is a standard 0.8mm whiteboard marker designed specifically for MEMO's surface.

How fast is shipping?

We prepare your order in 1-2 working days. Delivery takes 8-10 days to the US, Europe, and Asia. Other destinations may take a bit longer. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Can I return it if I'm not satisfied?
